This is my turnaround for Tiamat.

I have shaded the character.

I have fixed the head size, the eye patch and the shading.

Tiamat's first colour scheme.

Tiamat's second colour scheme. I used the spotted mandarin as reference.

Tiamat's third colour scheme. I used the siamese fighting fish as reference.

First character example of Tiamat, one of the main protagonists besides Nocturne.

Second character example of Tiamat. I used some reference from Zero Suit Samus from the Metroid Series and Hydreigon from the Pokemon Series.

Third character example of Tiamat. I've decided to show some of her power since cryokenisis is one of her strengths. I've also decided to make her look more like a water dragon since she was named after the Goddess of Salt Sea from Mesopotamian mythology.
